UniConnected isn’t a job board. It’s a human-centred matching experience that helps the right people find each other at the right time.
UniConnected started with a simple idea at the University of Melbourne:
What if finding meaningful opportunities didn’t depend on luck, networks, or being in the right place at the right time?
Students were looking for real experience.
Academics wanted stronger industry connections.
Alumni wanted ways to give back.
Organisations wanted talent with purpose.
But everyone was searching in different places. | So we built a platform that brings everyone together.

Started@Melbourne. Built for everyone.
UniConnected began as a small pilot project in the Faculty of Education, to help match students with real-world learning opportunities. It worked, really well.
From there, it grew into a bigger vision: a place where students, academics, alumni and industry partners can explore, discover and connect through shared purpose.
