# UniConnected

> UniConnected is a university opportunity platform that connects students, organisations, alumni, and academics through meaningful, direct engagement — without job ads or traditional recruitment friction. It is purpose-built for the university ecosystem, enabling students to be discovered for employment and work-integrated learning opportunities.

UniConnected operates as both a talent discovery engine and a work-integrated learning platform. Organisations can search and filter verified university student profiles by skills, faculty, degree, location, and availability. Students create rich profiles and join opportunity pools to be discovered directly. The platform eliminates the overhead of traditional job boards and application overload.

The platform is live with a pilot at the University of Melbourne (MTSI programme) and is expanding across other faculties and institutions.
